1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sunni Marriage Network ("we", "us", "our"), a Muslim matrimonial introduction service operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By registering an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
• You must be genuinely seeking a lawful Islamic marriage. The service is not intended for casual or non-serious enquiries.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.

3. Membership and access

Access to the private WhatsApp group and full matchmaking service requires an active paid membership. Memberships are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or behaviour that is incompatible with the values of the community.

4. Membership payments and refunds

All membership fees are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. By completing a payment you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

• All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refund will be issued, regardless of whether the membership term has commenced.
• No partial refunds will be given for unused membership time, including in the event of early account closure or suspension.
• If your payment is declined or your membership application is rejected before activation, any charge will be refunded in full.

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, contact us at sunnimarriagenetwork@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction date.

5. Acceptable use

• Treat all members and staff with respect. Harassment, abuse, or any form of inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal with no refund.
• Do not share other members' personal information with third parties without their explicit consent.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other members or the reputation of the community.

6. Limitation of liability

Sunni Marriage Network is an introduction service only. We do not guarantee that use of the service will result in a match or marriage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
