This policy explains how Sunni Marriage Network handles requests for user information from law enforcement and other competent public authorities.

All requests must be sent to sunnimarriagenetwork@gmail.com from an official agency email account.

3. Information required in a request

• Requesting authority and officer/staff name
• Official identification details (where applicable)
• Agency contact details
• Case or reference number
• Legal basis for the request under applicable law
• Specific data sought and relevant time period
• Why the request is necessary and proportionate

We may request further information before processing incomplete or unclear requests.
